Jumeirah Al Qasr's Pierchic extends 'sustainable' set menu.
Jumeirah Al Qasr's F&B outlet Pierchic has extended its five-course sustainable set menu throughout the summer.
Available daily for lunch and dinner, the curated set menu offers five courses and uses only home-grown and ethically sourced ingredients.
The menu has been introduced as a new option for summer diners following the launch of a similar sustainable menu, introduced to mark World Oceans Day on 8 June 2019.
Dishes on the menu include Dibba Bay oysters, Dibba hammour with harissa, moutabal, koosa and lemon butter sauce; and butternut UAE ricotta cheesecake with pumpkin puree and pistachio ice cream.
The hotel said the new menu reinforced Pierchic's "strong reputation" for sustainability within the F&B industry.
