Julie L. Dodd.

Julie L. Dodd (photo), has been promoted to vice president, marketing, of W&M Properties of Connecticut, Inc. As an officer she will continue to be responsible for all marketing and leasing activities at the company's commercial properties in Stamford, Connecticut.

W&M Properties of Connecticut, Inc. is an affiliate of W&M Properties, Inc., the real estate acquisition, management and marketing arm of the Malkin family, which has commercial and residential operations activities in ten states. Among their several properties in the metropolitan area are Metro Center, a 278,000 square-foot Class a office building adjacent to the Stamford Transportation Center, and Soundview Plaza, a 180,000 square-foot Class A office building at 1266 Main Street on the Stamford/Darien border at exit 9 of I-95. Dodd is a 1984 graduate of Duke University.
