Jos. L. Muscarelle named CM.

McCain Foods Limited, manufacturers of McCain Ellio's frozen pizzas, has named Jos. L. Muscarelle, Inc. construction manager for the expansion of a baking facility in Lodi, New Jersey.

The new McCain facility will encompass 40,000 square feet of space in a one-story building, adjacent to an existing plant on Gregg Street. McCain is modernizing the baking of pizzas for the frozen food market in a facility that will be the fastest pizza baking fire in the world.

As construction manager for the project, Muscarelle will provide pre-construction services, including working with the project engineer to design a department of environmental protection-required under building site water storage system. Muscarelle will also oversee the work of all subcontractors on the project.

The architect/engineer for the project is Bertin Engineering Associates, Inc. of Hasbrook Heights, New Jersey. The total cost for construction and equipment is $16 million. Construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of 1992.
