Jordan, Indonesia discuss labour cooperation.

Amman, Sept. 17 (Petra)--Labour Minister Atef Odeibat on Monday discussed with Indonesian Ambassador to Jordan Zainulbahar Noor outstanding issues related to recruitment of Indonesian domestic helpers in the Kingdom.

The two sides reached an agreements under which technical committee from both countries would follow up on employing domestic helpers and discuss labour issues and cooperation agreements related to Indonesian workers in Jordan.

Odeibat voiced the ministry's willingness to address problems facing Indonesian workers in the Kingdom and facilitate the process of their recruitment.

The ambassador said his country was keen to boost relations with Jordan, voicing confidence in Jordan's ability to follow up on issues pertaining to the Indonesian community in Jordan.
