Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels has promoted three team members across the Americas, recognizing its executives who have shown outstanding achievement.

Jeffrey Davis, part of the New York investment sales team, was promoted to senior vice president. With more than 12 years of real estate development and finance experience, Davis focuses on joint venture equity, development and conversion projects. Davis joined Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels from Morgans Hotel Group where he was director of development. He also has experience in both the investment banking and consulting fields, and earned his MBA from UCLA.

In Miami, Miguel Rivera was promoted to senior vice president.

Kristina Paider was promoted to senior vice president of marketing and research. Paider is responsible for the firm's overall marketing strategy and oversees the development and publishing of research for the Americas region.
