Consumer health company Johnson & Johnson Consumer (NYSE:JNJ) disclosed on Tuesday the execution of a definitive agreement to acquire the dermocosmetics company NeoStrata Company for an undisclosed value.
Following closing, Johnson & Johnson Consumer said the acquisition will include NeoStrata's affiliates and parent company TriStrata, Incorporated, a privately-held company.
