Johnson's still a star in defence.

IT was nice to see former Blues and Derby County defender Michael Johnson in the press box at Molineux last weekend.

Always one of the good guys, he also has a talent for telling it like it is.

But one Wolves fan got completely the wrong of the stick with his half-time predication - and for a few seconds it looked like it could potentially be an explosive confrontation.

The joyous supporter approached Johnson post-match and bellowed: "I thought you said you were going to batter us second half!" Johnson handled it brilliantly.

"No, I said I thought Blues would get better second half."

Big difference between 'batter' and 'better'!

Johnson also recalled the PS10-per-head bounty placed on Kevin Muscat's head by a selection of Blues players in the late 1990s.

First one to nail the controversial Australian with a late challenge was the target. The lucky winner was never revealed.
