Byline: By MAEVE QUIGLEY

JODIE Kidd is the latest supermodel to sign up to help the Chernobyl Children's Project.

The 28-year-old will join Helena Christensen at the Brown Thomas Fashion Show in aid of the charity in Cork City Hall next Thursday.

Both are giving their time free of charge for the show which also features Irish models Sarah Morrissey and Glenda Gilson while RTE's Grainne Seoige will host it.

TV stars Keith Duffy, Craig Doyle, Diarmuid Gavin, Ryan Tubridy and Dave Fanning are among the men who will hit the catwalk.

Adi Roche of the Chernobyl Children's Project International said they were delighted the show had already sold out.

She added: "We are honoured to have both Helena Christensen and Jodie Kidd come to Cork.

"We hope to raise EUR50,000 which will go towards a new building project we have undertaken as part of a foster programme for the children of Belarus."
