Jet-age waterjet.

The 60120 JetMachining Center is a recent addition to the company's line of abrasive waterjet systems. It is a large-format machine for cutting large or multiple parts from stock up to 5'x10'. The system features a 600 lb abrasive delivery feed system, as well as a traction drive. The unit on display will be equipped with the company's Dual Pump Package, an integrated system that uses two P4055V pumps. The system is designed for shops that focus on cutting thick, difficult-to-machine materials and have high-capacity production or multiple-nozzle requirements. The waterjet also will be equipped with the company's Rotary Axis, a waterproof rotary head for cutting XYZ paths for 3D parts. It can cut pipe, circular, square, or other geometric-shaped stock materials. Also demonstrated will be the Tilt-A-Jet system, which offers virtually zero taper. Software calculates and offsets abrasive jet taper. The taper is moved from the part to the scrap. Omax Corp., Booth 1029
