Jennings Motor group's service call centre has expanded its team following the appointment of two additional new recruits; Advertisement feature.
DUE to a substantial increase in the number of service and MOT bookings taken at the group's Washington-based call centre for the company's Ford, Kia, SEAT and Mazda dealerships across the region, the team has welcomed on board two new service call centre co-ordinators.
Ann Marriner, 52, from Washington joins the group after spending a short period of time working as a sewing machinist, prior to gaining valuable experience working for a number of years in a customer services role for Fashion Direct. Ann has also gained retail experience after working for Makro Cash and Carry in Washington for a number of years.
Ann said; "I was keen to get back into working within a customer services role and when I found out about the vacancy at Jennings' service call centre, I just knew it would be perfect for me. It's great to have been given the opportunity to work for one of the region's longest established motor dealers and I'm looking forward to the challenges ahead." Meanwhile, Lisa Barker, 28, from Blackfell in Washington, joins the region's longest established multifranchise groups after spending 10 years working as a senior customer relations advisor for npower.
The latest recruits will be working alongside the existing team of seven staff where they will be responsible for liaising with customers, organising and confirming service and MOT bookings, following up future work to be carried out on customer's vehicles, in addition to promoting exclusive special offers available.
Part of the role also entails selling Jennings Motor Group's service plans and the renewal of the company's used car warranty plans.
In addition to retail customers taking advantage of the many services available via the service call centre, local businesses are also able to book fleet vehicles via the service call centre.
Welcoming the duo on board, Mandy Hoyle, senior service co-ordinator, said; "The latest recruits are part of an on-going drive, which has been implemented to meet demand from customers and businesses. We are delighted to welcome both Ann and Lisa on board."
