Jefferies set to field reserves; TRADING POST.

Byline: Ian Wilkerson

MOTHERWELL and Kilmarnock have little to play for in their final SPL game of the season, but the respective managers appear to be taking different approaches to their clash at Fir Park, writes Ian Wilkerson.

Well boss Mark McGhee insists that his side will be at full strength as they try to secure seventh spot in the table, but Killie manager Jim Jefferies will be taking the opportunity to give some of his fringe players a run out.

Perhaps most concerning for the visitors is that Kevin Kyle will not be featuring for Killie as he has what has been described as a "niggling injury." The former Sunderland and Coventry frontman has scored all of Killie's last seven goals from open play.

Meanwhile Motherwell have looked sharp and scored eight goals in their last three league outings.
