Jean-Marc Levet signs agreement with CA firm.

Susan Merdinger, president and Managing Partner of Jean-Marc Levet & Partners, a 234-year-old international commercial and residential real estate investment firm, recently announced a referral agreement with Rodeo Realty, a Beverly Hills-based residential real estate firm with 60 offices on the west coast. The agreement expands the investment capabilities of both firms as their respective clients--residential buyers and tenants -- will be referred by one to the other in all appropriate circumstances. The agreement was signed by Ms. Merdinger on behalf of Jean-Marc Levet and George Rathman and Rick Merrill, principals of Rodeo Realty. With more than 70 years of combined real estate experience, the three spent ten years working together at Merrill Lynch.

As both companies are established authorities in high-end residential real estate properties (defined by properties with values exceeding one million), Jean-Marc Levet and Rodeo Realty are highly complimentary in terms of catering to affluent international investors. In Paris, London, Lisbon, Vienna, Berlin, New York and beyond, Jean-Marc Levet has offices or affiliates, and well established contacts and clients.
