Japan Third Party to Strengthen Technical Help Desk Service.
In response to terrorism and natural disasters in the region, JTP has strengthened disaster-recovery measures and increased staff at its multi-lingual technical help desk in Kansai from 56 to 100 employees.
Going forward, JTP will arrange outsourcing with EMC Corporation and CAPLAN Corporation, where the number of support positions is expected to expand from 90 to 112.
