Japan Airlines employs cartoon character to promote in-flight good behaviour.

Japan Airlines has produced a video featuring the Japanese cartoon character Astro Boy on flights to encourage passengers to display good manners during flights.

The video shows examples of ill-mannered behaviour on aircraft such as getting drunk and rowdy, smoking in the toilets and sticking feet out into the aisles.

The new video will run for 4 minutes 40 seconds on international flights and 2 minutes 40 seconds on domestic flights.
