Japan,Philippines : Deal to benefit Cebuano, Japanese students.

It was now the Japanese governor's turn to visit Cebu, after the Cebu governor visited Japan twice.

Cebu Gov. Hilario Davide III1 and Saitama Prefecture Governor Kiyoshi Ueda inked a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to "enhance cooperation in the field of human resource development" between both the countries.

The deal will benefit students of both countries.

While Cebuano students will go through training in Japan, Japanese students will learn English language here.

Ueda said, "After this MOU we would like to expand our relationship, our exchanges between Saitama and Cebu Province."
