The Certified Property Manager designation is the most prestigious designation in the industry because it is given exclusively to those who have met the standards for real estate professionals set by IREM. The CPM designation is the only designation awarded to real estate management professionals covering all sectors--residential, commercial, retail & industrial. The newest members of the organization are, from left to right, Hale Rickman, CPM, Jerome Associates; his daughter Anna Rickman, CPM, also with Jerome Associates; Jim Hayden, CPM; Andrew Di Marco, CPM & John Sheehan, Jr., CPM, Skyline Properties.
