Jalal-Abad and Talas residents affected by strong wind handed over slate.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan delivered slate to residents of Jalal-Abad and Talas regions, who were affected by strong wind, the Ministry said.

Four trucks delivered 1,650 sheets of slate from the Kant cement and slate plant to Kok-Tash village of Jalal-Abad region on January 3.

On January 2, 1,540 sheets of slate were delivered to Kok-Serek, Kosh-Bolot and Ak-Bashat villages of Jalal-Abad region.

Another batch of slate was delivered to Pokrovka village of Talas region on January 2.

2,200 sheets of slate are temporarily stopped on 156th km of Bishkek - Osh road now.
