Jair Cruikshank; Nashoba Regional.

Despite having a limited training base after missing cross-country due to Lyme disease, Cruikshank showed just how talented and strong a runner he is by racking up impressive performances on the indoor circuit and three-peating as a T&G Super Team selection. He won the 600-meter run at the Mid-Wach B and Central Mass. Division 1 meets, was runner-up at the Division 4 state meet and ninth at All-States. Cruikshank's peak performance came in January when he posted the 31st fastest time in the nation while winning the MSTCA Coaches Invitational in 1 minute, 22.6 seconds. The 6-foot-4, 189-pounder showed his versatility by also competing in the 55-meter hurdles and the shot put for the Mid-Wach B regular-season champion Chieftains. He is the son of Allyson and Rick Cruikshank of Lancaster.
