CB Richard Ellis' Brian S. Knowles, First Vice President, recently represented Jack & Jill Ice Cream Company in two large New Jersey office and industrial lease transactions.

At 101 Commerce Drive in Moorestown, Jack & Jill Ice Cream will occupy 64,700 s/f of space, to be utilized as a corporate headquarters facility.

In addition, Jack & Jill has committed to a 62,000 s/f build-to-suit facility at the Commodore Business Center in Logan township, which will be used as a regional distribution and operations center.

Mack-Cali Realty Corp. is the landlord at 101 Commerce Drive in Moorestown and Liberty Property Trust is the developer of the Commodore Business Center project in Logan township, which will be a state-of-the-art freezer facility. Using additional CBRE resources, Knowles reached out to L.J. Melody (a CBRE subsidiary) to help secure financing for the "BTS" project.
