Finnish engineering and consulting company Jaakko Poyry Group Oyj said on Friday (24 February) that its subsidiary Verbundplan GmbH, Austria, had been awarded high voltage substation reconstruction contracts by Verbund Austrian Power Grid and Verbund Austrian Hydro Power, Austria.

The assignment relates to the reconstruction of 220/380 kV substation Sudost and 220 kV substation Wallsee.

The value of Verbundplan's share of the projects is over EUR4.0m.

One euro (EUR) is worth approximately 0.69 British pounds (GBP).
