 JUDITH A. ROGALA NAMED PRESIDENT OF ENVOTECH MANAGEMENT SERVICES
 YPSILANTI, Mich., Aug. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Judith A. Rogala has been named to the newly created position of president and chief executive officer of Envotech Management Services, Incorporated (EMSI), effective Sept. 1, 1992.
 The announcement was made by Michael J. Ferrantino Jr., a member of the boards of directors of the ENVOTECH-related companies.
 Rogala will be responsible for directing all ENVOTECH-related companies, as well as the recently restructured EMSI, now a service company to the ENVOTECH-related companies.
 All officers and managers of the ENVOTECH-related companies will report to Rogala as president and CEO.
 "Judith Rogala has a proven customer service orientation as well as senior management responsibility for both regional and global operations," Ferrantino said. "We are extremely pleased that she brings her 30 years of exceptional experience to our mission of protecting Michigan's environment."
 Rogala has a uniquely distinguished 30-year career in international and domestic business management, including senior positions in operations, finance, sales and marketing for national and international corporations.
 She was formerly president and CEO of Chicago-based Flagship Express Services, senior vice president of Federal Express Corporation and Pacific Northwest general manager for Trans World Airlines, Incorporated (TWA).
 Rogala was named by Business Week magazine in 1987 as one of its Top 50 Corporate Women In America. She was similarly named one of the Top 100 Women In Corporate America by Business Monthly Magazine in 1989.
 Rogala is a member of the board of directors of Butler Manufacturing Company, a Kansas City, Mo.-based producer of construction components and systems.
 Rogala holds a master's of management degree from the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, and a bachelor's degree from Roosevelt University, Chicago.
 Rogala rose from central regional vice president at Federal Express to senior vice president for service integration, over a 10-year period. Her responsibilities included worldwide hub operations as well as integration of the former worldwide Flying Tiger service into Federal Express.
 Rogala started as a flight attendant with TWA and left 18 years later as Pacific Northwest general manager including Alaska and Canada.
