 JUDGE DENIES CHAPTER 11 PLANS OF REORGANIZATION OF MCORP,
 MCORP FINANCIAL AND MCORP MANAGEMENT
 DALLAS, Jan. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- MCorp and its two subsidiaries, MCorp Financial, Inc. and MCorp Management, debtors in Chapter 11 cases, stated today that Bankruptcy Judge Letitia A. Clark of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas denied the Chapter 11 reorganization plans for the three companies.
 Judge Clark, in an opinion dated Jan. 7, 1992, denied the confirmation of the three plans of reorganization. The debtors are currently reviewing the opinion and have not decided on an alternative course of action.
