 JOHNSON CONTROLS TO ACQUIRE REMAINING INTEREST IN NAUE KG
 MILWAUKEE, June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI) (NYSE: JCI) today announced that it will acquire the remaining interest in E.A.H. Naue GmbH & Co. KG effective July 1, 1992.
 In 1989 Johnson Controls acquired an initial interest in Naue, a leading manufacturer of foam seating components, with operations in Germany, Austria, England, Yugoslavia, Mexico and Spain.
 Since the partnership was formed, Johnson Controls and Naue have established complete seat operations in Bochum and Zwickau, Germany and Barcelona, Spain.
 Johnson Controls said that the consolidation of the Naue and the related joint-venture operations would add sales of approximately $300 million in fiscal 1993.
