JOHN NUVEEN COMPANY DECLARES REGULAR QUARTERLY DIVIDEND; FIRM DECLARES SIXTH CONSECUTIVE QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

 CHICAGO, Nov. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- The John Nuveen Company (NYSE: JNC) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.14 per common share. The dividend, which is the company's sixth consecutive quarterly dividend, will be payable on Dec. 15 to all shareholders of record on Dec. 1. The ex dividend date will be Nov. 24.
 "Regular quarterly dividends are an important way for John Nuveen Company investors to share in the success and growth of the firm," said Chairman Richard J. Franke. "We are pleased that the company has been able to provide consecutive quarterly dividends since the time of our initial public offering of common shares."
