 JOHN FLUKE MANUFACTURING PAYS SEMI-ANNUAL PROFIT-SHARING BONUS
 OF $1.9 MILLION
 EVERETT, Wash., Nov. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- John Fluke Mfg. Co. Inc. (AMEX: FKM; PSE) announced today it will pay out over $1.9 million in semi-annual cash profit-sharing bonus to its 2,128 employees worldwide. The bonus is based on the company's operating results for the last two quarters of fiscal 1992, ended Sept. 25. Fluke has paid a profit- sharing bonus every year for over 20 years.
 The bonus equals about seven days of pay for each employee and exceeded last year's bonus by 59 percent. Combined with the bonus paid in May of this year, Fluke has paid over $3.5 million in profit sharing to its employees in 1992.
