 JOHN D. LOCKTON ELECTED TO BOARD OF CENTEX TELEMANAGEMENT
 SAN FRANCISCO, June 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Centex Telemanagement Inc. (NASDAQ: CNTX) today announced that John D. Lockton has been elected to the company's board of directors. Lockton is a founder and president of International Wireless Communications Inc., a telecommunications company involved in constructing and operating cellular and other wireless telephone networks in the international market. Lockton was a founder of three other Silicon Valley-based telecommunications companies: Interactive Network Inc., Cellular Data Inc., and Easy Phone Inc. He is also a director of Interactive Network Inc.
 Peter A. Howley, Centex's chairman, stated, "I'm extremely pleased to have John Lockton join our distinguished board of directors. His extensive experience, particularly in new areas and technologies of telecommunications, is sure to make a significant contribution to our company's growth and development."
 Lockton was executive vice president for Pacific Bell from 1983 to 1987, and served as president of Warner Amex Cable Communications Inc. from 1980 to 1983. He worked for the Dun & Bradstreet Companies from 1968 through 1980, and served as president of Moody's Investment Services Inc. and of Dun & Bradstreet International.
 Lockton holds a B.A. degree in economics from Yale University and an L.L.B. degree from Harvard Law School.
