JMAR INDUSTRIES, INC. COMMON STOCK NOW TRADES IN NASDAQ NATIONAL MARKET

 SAN DIEGO, Feb. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- JMAR Industries, Inc. announced today that its common stock (symbol: JMAR) began trading in the NASDAQ National Market and its units (symbol: JMARU) began trading today in the NASDAQ Small Cap Market.
 JMAR Industries, Inc. and its subsidiaries are engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of cost-effective, high-reliability, advanced laser and optical systems and accessories for a wide range of medical, industrial and military applications. Its sales for calendar 1992 were approximately $10 million, up from $2.6 million in 1991 and $60,000 in 1990.
