JLW forms consulting alliance

Arthur D. Little, the international management and technology consulting firm, and Jones Lang Wootton USA, part of the worldwide commercial real estate services firm, signed a strategic alliance agreement aimed at addressing the urgent financial and operation improvement needs of hospitality and leisure property owners and managers in the United States.

A major objective of the alliance is to offer a comprehensive array of consultative services to owners of "troubled" properties in the hospitality and leisure industry, their creditors, and other related parties, in order to assist them in improving the profitability and cash flow of their properties and to safeguard and enhance their operations.
