JLL gets CenterPointe deal.

Jones Lang LaSalle has been selected by Glenborough Realty Trust as exclusive leasing agent for two office buildings at the CenterPointe at Bridgewater campus in Bridgewater, N.J.

The real estate investment trust tapped the company to oversee leasing at CenterPointe II and CenterPointe IV, located at 1160 and 1140 Route 22 East, respectively.

Susan Mason, senior vice president, with the assistance of Ricardo Da Cruz, associate, will oversee leasing at the two buildings. CenterPointe at Bridgewater consists of four class A buildings totaling 325,000 s/f.

"CenterPointe at Bridgewater offers institutional-quality buildings in a corporate campus setting that provide tenants with tremendous flexibility and exceptional identity," said Mason. "We are pleased that Glenborough Realty Trust chose Jones Lang LaSalle to oversee leasing at this premier office campus."

CenterPointe at Bridgewater offers tenants convenient access to Routes 22, 202/206, I-287 and I-78. The campus includes an on-site conference center, fitness facilities and food service and is located near a wide variety of area amenities. In addition, Glenborough Realty Trust maintains an on-site management office. CenterPointe at Bridgewater has units of space available in blocks between 1,900 s/f to 20,000 s/f, with larger increments possible.
