JGT industrial arranges three major leases in NJ.

The Industrial Division of Jacobson, Goldfarb & Tanzman Associates (JGT) recently arranged three substantial lease transactions in Middlesex County, according to Dan Frankel, senior vice president with the full-service commercial brokerage company headquartered here.

Associate vice president Doug Bansbach arranged the leasing of 37,397 square feet of warehouse and manufacturing space at 7 Connerty Court, East Brunswick, New Jersey. Supreme Manufacturing Co., Inc., a manufacturer of beverage syrup products, brought its headquarters offices, and manufacturing and distribution operations to this brand new building. The company built out approximately 2,800 square feet of office space at the site. Bansbach negotiated the lease with assistance from co-broker Eric Bram.

The one-story, decorative block building is located just off Route 18, one and a half miles from New Jersey Turnpike exit 8A. The building, set on fully landscape grounds, features four tailboard loading docks and one drive-in door.

A 30,000 square foot Edison, New Jersey modular building was the site of the second industrial lease recorded by JGT in recent weeks. Walter Daly, vice president, arranged for L'eggs Products, Inc. to take space in the brand new Edison Modular Warehouse building. L'eggs, a manufacturer and distributor of panty hose for sale in retail stores nationwide, leased office and warehouse space at the site. The space will serve as a distribution center covering the Middlesex County area.

The Edison Modular Warehouse, a JGT exclusive, is located at 3 Kellogg Court. The single-story, stand alone building is 80 percent leased to such tenants as Haagen-Daz, RAM Mobile Systems and Eagle Interiors. The block and steel building is located near I-287, Routes 1 & 9, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway.

Bansbach also arranged a lease at the Southview Industrial Park, South Brunswick, New Jersey. Wiltel Communications Services, Inc. took place at the 67,200 square foot flex building at 3 Chris Court. The space will house the company's telecommunications equipment.

Southview Industrial Park is a 300,000 square foot flex space industrial park set on 40 landscaped acres. The 6 building complex is located off exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike, and offer quick access to Routes 130 and 522.
