JGT gets exclusive assignments.

Jacobson, Goldfarb & Tanzman Associates (JGT), the Woodbridge-based commercial real estate firm, has recently been named exclusive agent for three properties in Paramus, New Jersey. Owned by Gabrellian Associates, the new exclusives are: Parkway 17, a three-story, 115,000-square-foot office building on Route 17; Sunflower Plaza, a 24,000-square-foot two-story office building on Sunflower Avenue; and 2.3 acres of build-to-suit property on Eisenhower Drive. The JGT marketing and leasing team tor the new exclusives is comprised of: Dennis Graila, vice president, Jim Sousa, assistant vice president, and Associate Toni Casiano.

Sunflower Plaza, another JGT exclusive, is a two-story, 24,000-square-foot-brick office building fronting Route 17 in Paramus, New Jersey.

Also in Paramus, JGT has been named exclusive agent for 2.1 acres of land on Eisenhower Drive. The site will accommodate up to 35,000 square feet of build-to-suit office space.
