JGT arranges three deals.

Jacobson, Goldfarb & Tanzman Associates (JGT), the Woodbridge-based commercial real estate firm, recently arranged for the sale of a 9,230-square-foot strip center and the leasing of two retail stores in Middlesex and Monmouth Counties, announced Norman Tanzman, Partner (JGT).

JGT Vice President Stuart Zaikov arranged for the sale of the Kimber Business Products building on Georges Road in North Brunswick, New Jersey. A JGT exclusive, the building totals 9,230 square feet of space on six-tenths of an acre in Middlesex County.

Purchased by Dr. Paul Prodroma, the building will be converted into a mix of retail and medical offices. Dr. Prodroma, an internist, will be relocating his practice from another location on Georges Road to the Kimber Business Products Building. An existing travel agent, delicatessen and television sales and service shop will remain at the center.

Kevie Schulman, JGT vice president arranged a lease at the Edison Woods Shopping Center, in Middlesex County, New Jersey. Edison Woods Shopping Center is a new, 210,000-square-foot retail center on U.S. Route One (North) in Edison.

The recently leased space will be occupied by an Italian restaurant, "Porto Bello". The restaurant will serve Italian cuisine for take out or dining in and provides seating for 20 in an attractively decorated stained glass dining area. Porto Bello's take out service includes a fax and delivery program to residents within a 10-mile radius.

JGT Associate C. Beth Krinsky arranged for a lease at the Gallaria At Manalapan. The 38,000-square-foot upscale strip center is located on Route 9 in the Manalapan section of Monmouth County.

Pete's Fishery is a combination seafood store/restaurant with ample seating and an extensive take out menu. Pete's Fishery will join: Bellini, a juvenile furniture and apparel store; Japan Town, a Japanese-style restaurant with Hibachi tables; New Way Foods, a nutritional food and diet control store; Chendu Nine, a unique Chinese restaurant serving American and Oriental foods; and seven other stores at the Gallaria At Manalapan.
