JET ENGINE INDUSTRIES FILES FOR VOLUNTARY PETITION UNDER CHAPTER 11

 MIAMI, Dec. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Jet Engine Industries, Inc., wholly owned subsidiary of International Jet Engine Supply, Inc., has filed for a Voluntary Petition Under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida, Case No. 92-16535BKC-AJC.
 The petition was filed by Jet Engine Industries, Inc. as a result of a dispute over acquired assets and in an effort to preserve its rights in the acquired assets.
