1991 LIST OF 200 BEST SMALL COMPANIES IN AMERICA'
NEW YORK, Nov. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Jean Philippe Fragrances, Inc., (NASDAQ: JEAN), has earned the rank of No. 18 in Forbes Magazine's 1991 list of "200 Best Small Companies in America," the company announced today.
Forbes Magazine evaluated more than 4,300 companies nationwide, with sales between $5 million and $350 million, before the ranking was made. To qualify for the Forbes "200 Best," the selection of Jean Philippe Fragrances, Inc., was based on consistent increase in sales, earnings and return on equity during the past five years. Consequently, this evaluation has also positioned Jean Philippe Fragrances, Inc., as one of the best small companies in the highly competitive New York market.
