 JAMES BRADY AND MEDICAL COMMUNITY SPEAK OUT FOR BRADY BILL
 WHAT: "Free the Brady Bill" is the message that James Brady will
 deliver at a news conference during a visit to Chicago to
 accept the C. Everett Koop Health Advocate Award presented
 by the American Society for Health Care Marketing and
 Public Relations of the American Hospital Association.
 The Bradys (Jim and Sarah) are being recognized for their
 untiring effort to prevent handgun violence and enact
 common-sense handgun control legislation.
 The Brady Bill would require a five-working day wait
 period before a handgun purchase. It is being held
 hostage in the U.S. Senate to the crime bill which has
 been stalled for nearly 10 months.
