JACOBS RECEIVES ENGINEERING CONTRACT FROM CF INDUSTRIES

 LAKELAND, Fla., Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE: JEC) announced today that its Lakeland office has been awarded a contract to provide engineering services for CF Industries Inc. to relocate and expand its phosphate rock beneficiation plant located in Hardee County.
 The contract value was not disclosed.
 CF Industries Inc. will relocate a major portion of the 1.5 million tons per year plant to a contiguous site five miles south of the existing plant south of State Road 62. In addition to the relocation of the existing facilities, the beneficiation plant capacity will be doubled by the addition of new equipment.
 Jacobs was selected because of its past experience in design and construction for the phosphate industry. Start-up is scheduled for late 1995.
