 JACOBS AWARDED MODULAR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT BY RHONE POULENC
 ORANGEBURG, S.C., July 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE: JEC) announced today that its subsidiary, Jacobs Applied Technology, was awarded a contract to provide modular design and construction services for Rhone Poulenc's $44 million project in Institute, W.Va. This 50 million pound per year unit will produce Rhodimet (R) AT-88 for Rhone Poulenc Animal Nutrition Co.
 Jacobs will design and construct approximately 30 large, process modules at its Orangeburg facility. A typical dimension for a process module is 14 feet by 13 feet by 50 feet high. When the modules are erected in the field, they will comprise two major process units.
 Rhone Poulenc anticipates that Jacobs' modular expertise will benefit the project in terms of cost, schedule, site manpower loading, overall execution flexibility and quality.
