JACOBS/H&G RECEIVES PLPG STORAGE RATIONALIZATION PROJECT FROM BP OIL

 SOMERSET, N.J., Jan. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE: JEC) announced today that Jacobs/H&G, a member of Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., has been awarded a Pressurized Liquid Petroleum Gases (PLPG) Storage Project from BP Oil Grangemouth Refinery Limited in Scotland.
 Jacobs/H&G will provide engineering, design, procurement, construction support, and process development and design services for this $24 million facility. The design will be completed by September 1994 with completion of the construction in early 1996. This contract will be executed from the BP Oil site at Grangemouth, Scotland.
 The project will review the operation of the PLPG Storage Area and rationalize the use of storage and piping systems. Existing Safety and Operational Control Systems will also be upgraded to improve the overall plant operability.

"We will support this contract primarily from our Glasgow office here in the United Kingdom," Kerler added.
