 J.A.M., INC. ANNOUNCES THIRD QUARTER RESULTS
 ROCHESTER, N.Y., Nov. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- J.A.M., Inc.


(NASDAQ: JAMY), a Rochester-based training and multi-media communications company, has announced its unaudited operating results for the third quarter of 1991. Net losses for the third quarter were $99,154 as compared to a net profit of $20,811 for the corresponding quarter in 1990. Sales for the third quarter of 1991 totaled $227,394, a decrease of $267,260 over sales of $494,654 for the corresponding quarter a year ago. Net losses for the nine months of 1991 amounted to $237,160 as compared to net profits of $24,025 for the same nine month period in 1990. Sales for the first nine months of 1991 totaled $753,704, a decrease of $874,800 over sales of $1,628,504 for the same 1990 period.
 John Marszalek, JAM president and CEO stated that, "the company continues to experience disappointing sales due to the current economic conditions which have contributed to a reduced demand for training services and products. However, the company is introducing a series of new training products in the health and safety fields which are expected to have a positive effect on revenues during the fourth quarter."
 JAM produces a diverse range of training and multi-media communications services for business, government and educational clients. These services include instructional design and training program development, software design and programmming for computer based instruction and interactive simulations, and video production and post production. The company, through its Global Health and Safety Division, markets training products for biological safety, asbestos removal, and hazardous waste awareness and operations. The company's Direct Video Marketing service designs, produces, packages and distributes videotape programs for businesses wishing to advertise or distribute information to targeted audiences.
