 J. CLAY STINNETT RESIGNS FROM CENTRAL TRUST, A PNC BANK
 CINCINNATI, Oct. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Ralph S. Michael III, president and chief executive officer of Central Trust, a PNC bank, announced today that J. Clay Stinnett, vice chairman of the bank, has resigned, effective Friday, Oct. 9, 1992, to pursue business opportunities outside Central Trust.
 "Clay has made many contributions to Central Trust in the nearly 20 years he has been with us and to PNC in the four years Central Trust has been a part of PNC," Michael said.
 Central Trust is a PNC bank. PNC Financial Corp (NYSE: PNC), headquartered in Pittsburgh, is the nation's 13th-largest bank holding company, with assets of $45.5 billion.
