Italy-America Chamber moves to Crown Building.

The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce has signed a major lease at the Crown Building, 730 Fifth Avenue (at 57th Street).

The Chamber has committed to approximately 5,000 square feet in a long-term transaction. Joseph G. Costabile, Josh N. Kuriloff and Ken Krasnow of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. represented both the Chamber and the landlord in negotiations. John Phelan of the law firm Winston & Strawn served as legal counsel for the Chamber.

Bruno Magli, Ermenegildo Zegna, Luciano Barbera, Kiton, Paul & Shark USA and Laura Biagiotti are among the Italian firms that have recently joined the prestigious tenant roster at the Crown Building.
