Italian bank moves Downtown

Baker Harris CPC has recently negotiated a long term lease for Banca Nazionale Dell' Agricoltura, one of Italy's most prestigious private banks. The bank leased an entire floor at 17 State Street with unobstructed views of the harbor.

The transaction has a total value in excess of $4.5 million. Banca Nazionale Dell' Agricoltura was represented by Patrick Gardner and Richard Sykes of Baker Harris CPC.
