Italian "SOLID" organizes a conference on the terrorist war against Syria.

Rome, SANA- The Italian "SOLID", a non-profit organization, in cooperation with the Syrian community in Italy, organized an International Conference on the terrorist war waged on Syria.

A number of Arab and International political and Media figures, intellectuals and clerics took part in the conference dubbed "Mediterranean Solidarity".

Ammar al-Musawi Hezbollah's international relations official asserted during the conference that the terrorist war against Syria aims at destroying it and undermining its army through using terrorist organizations that receive support from some Gulf states, western countries and the Israeli enemy.

Rome Melkite Archimandrite Father Mtanios Haddad pointed out that the external intervention in Syria's affairs, that attempts to dismantle the Syrian cohesion and evacuate the Middle East from its Christians, serves the Zionist scheme.

The Syrian community members touched on the Syrian army achievements and victory in the face of terrorist organizations and the destruction and crimes committed by terrorists against Syria's archeological and historical sites, infrastructure and places of worship.

Archbishop of Jerusalem in exile Hilarion Capucci and a number of the Syrian students took part in the conference.
