It's the way he tells them.

My son Dylan is going through a hilarious stage at the moment. He's discovered jokes, and makes them up, but every single punchline is "because they needed a poo" - and call me childish, but we crack up every single time.

The set ups are equally random - "why did the tree have wings?"(!) - and "why did the gorilla lie in the road", and I'm loving it, I wish there was a pause button for him right now.

I think I'm heading towards being one of those clingy mums who can't let go. Every time their shoe size changes, my heart sinks a little. Oh good grief!
