It's the return of the Bandit.

LOCK the door, draw the curtains and turn the volume up - the two Huws are back with a brand new series of music show Bandit.

In the ten-part series, presenters Huw Stephens and Huw Evans visit numerous gigs, showmusic videos and introduce studio performances, delivering the latest from the Welsh rock scene to the nation's homes.

Bandit offers established bands a platformto sing live on television, as well as giving new bands their first taste of performing on TV.

Frizbee, one of the most well-known bands in Welsh rock, appear in the new series and pay tribute to Bandit's contribution to the music scene in Wales.

"Bandit succeeds in moving the music scene forward. The team members take pride in what they do and give 100 per cent priority to sound quality. The bands get the best of both worlds - the ability to sing live in a studio but in a controlled environment," xplains Ywain Gwynedd, Frizbee's lead singer.

During the series, viewers will hear music by Radio Luxembourg, Sibrydion, Eitha Tal Ffranco, Derwyddon Dr Gonzo, Swci Boscawen, Yr Ods and Texas Radio Band to name but a few.
