A BARMY arts project will allow people to lie on a trolley and gaze up adoringly at the concrete underside of Spaghetti Junction.

They're going to lay down tracks and have helpers push gullible gawpers along, amid the debris and detritus that inevitably accumulates in such forgotten places.

One thing's for sure. They'll go faster than the cars jammed above.
