It's a joy to be on Vivre.

JEU DE VIVRE is fancied to shoulder top weight to victory in the concluding Play Poker Handicap (5.55) at Yarmouth today.

After three runs in maiden company last back end, the Mark Johnston-trained filly began the 2011 season on a very workable handicap rating of 62.

Making her return in a 10-furlong handicap at Beverley 11 days ago, the daughter of Montjeu ran a cracker to take third, beaten a short head and a neck, to Bouggatti.

She was doing her best work at the finish that afternoon and, now tackling another furlong and a half, makes plenty of appeal from a 1lb higher mark.

At Redcar, GEORGE BENJAMIN can score for the in-form fatherand-son team, Dandy and Adrian Nicholls, in the John Smith's Redcar Straight-Mile Handicap (4.55).

The four-year-old marked his return to the fray with a twolength call over seven at Thirsk 16 days ago - a win that earned him a 6lb rise in the weights - and won't be troubled by the return to one mile.

JOHNSTON: Workable rating
