It's a con trick; RECORD View.

THE tiniest violin in the world must be playing for vile lag Stuart Quinn.

The thug is behind bars for his part in a brutal murder after an Old Firm match in 2002.

Now, he's been handed a cash payout from prison bosses for being denied a "reasonable chance" to rehabilitate himself.

The scumbag only received PS500 but even the token payment will turn the stomachs of taxpayers.

Quinn complained that his participation in rehabilitation programmes had been delayed.

Most people don't need to go on a course to realise it's wrong to batter a man to death with a concrete slab.
