It's a Novelty, Honey.

A major tea company asked if the American Honey Company's dehydrated honey could be put into a spoon. The result was Honey Spoons: individual clear plastic spoonfuls of this natural sweetener, each sealed in a decorative package.

These novel spoons can be used for the hospitality and airline industries and for personal and corporate gift baskets. Honey Spoons are presently on FTD Floral's web site in their Get Well Baskets and Breakfast Trays.

The American Honey Co. of Nebraska was founded by Don Richards in 1990. The company focuses upon the manufacturing and distribution of honey products. Some of their clients have included Pier 1 Imports, Bloomingdales, QVC and Disney Co.

The American Honey Co. also distributes all natural HoneyStraws, also for sweetening coffee and tea.
