Israel-based firm expanding in Manhattan.

The law firm of Pearl Cohen Zedek Latzer inked a deal to triple its space with a move to 1500 Broadway. The firm signed on for 15,313 s/f making an expansion from its previous 5,000 s/f.

The Bostick Realty team of Fran Pollaro, Adam Serafin and Paul Bostick arranged the 7-year transaction on behalf of Pearl Cohen Zedek Latzer. Alex Cohen, Josh Kuriloff, Tara Stacom, and Paul Amrich of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord. "Israel-based businesses have expanded in Manhattan over the past year, especially in the technology sector." explains Pollaro. The law firm, based in Israel, will now occupy the entire 12th floor at the tower located between 43rd and 44th streets.

Pollaro says the expansion in Midtown "inserts Pearl Cohen Zedek Latzer into a building that could accommodate any future growth."
